1. Nature of Service
Yatregan is a technology platform that connects passengers with independent third-party transport providers (drivers). Yatregan does not provide transportation services directly. The contract for the successful completion of the ride is between the User and the Driver.
2. Cash Payment Policy
All fares must be paid in Cash directly to the driver upon completion of the trip. The fare displayed on the app is an estimate based on the route (Delhi/Gurgaon to Uttarakhand). Any additional tolls, state taxes (Green Tax), or parking fees must be paid by the passenger as per actual receipts.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate pickup locations in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida.
- Users must be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time. A waiting charge may apply after 15 minutes.
- Users are responsible for their personal belongings. Yatregan is not liable for items lost during the journey.
4. Cancellation & No-Show
Since we operate on a cash-on-ride basis, we rely on mutual trust. Frequent cancellations or "No-Shows" without valid reasons will lead to permanent suspension of the user's account to protect our driver partners' interests.
5. Mountain Travel & Safety
Traveling to Uttarakhand involves hilly terrain. Drivers reserve the right to stop or delay the journey in case of landslides, extreme weather, or road blocks by local authorities. Safety is our top priority; users are expected to cooperate with drivers during such force majeure events.
6. Prohibited Activities
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Drivers have the right to terminate the ride immediately without a refund of any partial payment if a passenger misbehaves or creates an unsafe environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Yatregan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury or property damage, resulting from the use of the platform or the services provided by the third-party drivers.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/NCR.
